The space

A 94 square meters 2-floor maisonette with traditional cycladic decoration.
On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace, along with the first bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and access to a balcony with a stunning view to the Aegean islands (Naxos, Ios)
Besides the 2 bedrooms, there is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can easily accommodate an adult allowing the stay of up to 5 people.
The ground floor has access to a veranda and a very big garden, as well as a kiosk on the other side, both of which as perfect for relaxation moments with the aegean in view.
On the backside there is plenty of space for private parking.

Guest access

All guests have access to the whole house since only one group/family/etc. will be hosted at a time anyway.

Interaction with guests

There will be someone to welcome you at the island and lead you to the villa, explaining all the basics and giving you any extra information you might need. After this there will always be a contact phone for emergency situations. Cleaning is scheduled for 2 times per week (days can be arranged) and clean sheets as well as towels are of course provided.

The neighborhood

The villa has access to a small beautiful beach that can be reached on foot (just 100m from the house) that is ideal for isolation and relaxing moments. There is also a nearby beach (Tsoukalia) that is famous for windsurfing.
There are also horse-riding activities provided nearby.

Getting around

It it recommended (if not required) to hire a car during your stay. There is ample space for parking in the villa and you will enjoy many benefits from the location (10minutes access to everything you need by car)
